Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Child” means a person who is under eighteen (18) years of age or who is reasonably presumed to be under eighteen (18) years of age; (2) “Department” means the department of children’s services; and (3) “Report of harm” means a report filed under § 37-1-403.
