Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TNDocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
TNDocket is a public records platform that aggregates and displays criminal justice records from Tennessee counties. All records are obtained through lawful public records requests under the Tennessee Public Records Act (T.C.A. § 10-7-503).
Public Records Disclaimer
All individuals featured on TNDocket are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Booking records reflect an arrest, not a conviction. Charges may be reduced, dismissed, or result in acquittal. TNDocket displays records as received from county sources and does not make determinations of guilt or innocence.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Records may contain data entry errors from the original source. If you find an inaccuracy, please contact us.
