What does this charge mean?

You cannot be convicted of more than one charge (criminal attempt, solicitation, or conspiracy) for the same single crime you were trying to commit—you must pick one charge. However, you CAN be convicted of conspiracy (agreeing with others to commit a crime) AND the actual crime that resulted from that agreement.
