What does this charge mean?
When someone is charged with perjury or aggravated perjury for making two or more contradictory statements under oath (where both cannot be true), the prosecutor does not have to prove which statement was the lie or when each false statement was made—only that the contradictions occurred within the legal time limit to charge the crime.
