What does this charge mean?
It is illegal to intentionally offer, give, or trick someone into taking poisonous or harmful candy, food, or gifts with the intent to harm them or someone else. Violations are Class E felonies punishable by 1-6 years in prison and/or up to $3,000 in fines.
