What does this charge mean?

The offense is intentionally preventing or disrupting a lawful meeting, procession, or gathering through physical action or words that substantially obstruct or interfere with the event. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 11 months and 29 days in jail and/or a fine up to $2,500.
