What does this charge mean?
It is illegal to sell wine, beer, ale, or any alcoholic drink in a business that is not following all the laws that govern how alcohol must be sold. You violate this by selling alcohol without proper licensing or authorization. The penalty is up to 6 months in jail and/or a fine up to $500.
