PENDINGUnknown
What does this charge mean?
Once the special grand jury finishes its investigation, the district attorney must file a notice dissolving it (ending it). The grand jury automatically ends six months after it is sworn in, unless the district attorney applies to a committee for permission to extend it for up to six more months, which requires the committee's unanimous approval and the judge's agreement.
