Fees to officers acting in lieu of named officers

(a) If any of the duties in this chapter and title 8, chapters 21-24 and 26 are performed by other officers than those therein named, whose duty it is to perform the same, those officers are entitled to the same fees, and in the same manner, as there named. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) This section does not apply to any of the judges or chancellors of the state.
