Report on commission’s activities

(a)Upon request of the governor, the education committee of the senate, or either education committee of the house of representatives, the commission shall provide a report on the commission’s activities. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) The commission shall study financial literacy in this state. The commission shall determine the scope of the study and shall submit a report of the findings of the study and the commission’s recommendations to the general assembly. The report may be completed by a contractor employed by the commission. The contractor may be paid for the contractor’s services with funds raised by the commission.
