Review of compliance with laws and regulations

(a) Within thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the school year, the commissioner shall review each plan and subsequent modifications submitted under § 49-6-2303(7) and determine whether the plan complies with this part. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) The commissioner shall investigate and promptly act upon any allegation of noncompliance within this part or the rules and regulations established under this part.
