“Schools” defined

(a) “Elementary schools” are schools serving any combination of kindergarten through grade six (K-6). For purposes of federal funding, “elementary schools” are schools serving any combination of pre-kindergarten through grade six (pre-K-6). Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) “Middle schools” are schools designed to serve grades five through eight (5-8) only, or any combination of grades five through eight (5-8). (c) “Elementary and secondary” and “elementary or secondary” include elementary, middle and high school grades.
