Children lacking clothing or food

(a) If it is ascertained by any local board of education that any child who is required under this part to attend a school under the control of the board is unable to do so on account of lack of clothing or food, such case shall be reported to the welfare agency in the school district. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) Any worthy case not receiving immediate relief shall be reported by the board to the officials having charge of such work for investigation and relief.
