Eligibility – Impairment of contract

Nothing in this part: (1) Prevents a student athlete from relinquishing the athlete’s eligibility to compete in intercollegiate sports and then signing an agency contract; or Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(2) Impairs the validity of an agency contract entered into prior to July 1, 2001.
