Inter-registrant distribution

(a) Controlled substances in Schedules I and II shall be distributed by a registrant to another registrant only pursuant to an order form. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) Compliance with federal law respecting order forms shall be deemed compliance with this section.
