Applicability

This part shall not apply to sales at retail made where intoxicating liquors are: (1) Sold upon the complete final liquidation of a business; Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(2) Advertised, offered for sale, or sold by any fiduciary or other officer acting under the order or direction of any court; (3) Closeouts; or (4) Such other occasional discounts as defined by the commission, not to exceed the cost to the retailer.
