Permitted manager – Employees to obtain certification pursuant to responsible vendor training program for wine

(a) Any retail food store that is licensed to sell wine must have a permitted manager as prescribed in § 57-3-221 and that manager must work on the premises of the licensed retail food store. A retail food store may have more than one (1) manager per license. Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(b) All employees of a retail food store that is licensed to sell wine and is involved in selling the wine must obtain certification pursuant to the responsible vendor training program for wine in § 57-3-818.
