Purpose

The legislative intent and purpose of this part is to provide a structure for the business relations between suppliers and wholesalers of beer which: (1) Motivates suppliers and wholesalers to devote reasonable efforts and resources to the sale, distribution and quality control of beer in this state; Ask a legal question, get an answer ASAP!(2) Provides for the private settlement of disputes between suppliers and wholesalers as an alternative to civil litigation, which would consume the time and resources of the parties and the judicial system; and (3) Promotes public health, safety and welfare.
