Missing from Manchester, Coffee County, Tennessee since Sep 25, 2022
Mr. Frank Kent left a birthday party in Manchester, Tn and never told anyone where he was going. I have had people say that they had seen him but not by Law Enforcement. He is from Franklin County and still worked and lived there until his disappearance.
