Brent Tolly Rivers

Reporting party last spoke to Tolly on 11/26/23, around 1100 hours over the phone. He told her he was at a bonfire somewhere in Knoxville. She said he is homeless. She tried calling him numerous times after and today a male answered his phone and claimed Tolly sold him the phone for $30.00 near 2035 N. Broadway (Broadway Shopping Center). The phone number was 216-532-4769. Reporting party stated Tolly would not sell his phone and she was worried something may have happened to him. Tolly usually hangs around the back of the Broadway Shopping Center.
