Isaac Marshall Bell

Isaac Bell was involved in a vehicle accident on Tatumville Road at an unknown time in the morning. The airbags deployed, windows and sunroof opened, and the vehicle went airborne but upright and came to rest hitting a tree. Bell left the scene but it's unknown if he left with help or on his own. He has not been seen since. The keys to the van and his cell phone were still in the van.
