William Boyd Harrell was last seen at his residence by a family member. The family member left the residence, and William has not been seen or heard from since. All belongings, including shoes, clothing and wallet were found at the residence. William does not have access to a vehicle and does not have a cell phone. It is uncharacteristic for William to not contact family or be at home for more than 2-3 days.
