Missing from Cleveland, Bradley County, Tennessee since Sep 14, 2008
Donnie Payne was last seen collecting cans in the 3rd dumpster at Ocoee Village Apartments on 2nd street near his home off Lowery st in Cleveland Tn. Donnie did not drive. His dog that went everywhere with him was found dead later in the day on nearby Highway 64. He would have never left his dog.
Donnie usually wore a hat- fishing or one with a brim.; Donnie usually wore a flannel shirt and dark pants- either jeans or golf style pants.
