Missing from Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee since Oct 1, 2009
Walter goes by his nickname "Shannon". Shannon was last heard from when he called to get a ride to his grandmother's home from an acquaintance's home. He called and said he had a ride and then never showed up. All of his personal belongings,including his car, were at left at his grandmother's house.
Shannon was last seen wearing cotton pants and a t-shirt; Tennis shoes.; A cross necklace and wide gold band ring.
