Jerry Wayne Moore "Jerry Ray Moore"

Moore and his wife had left McKenzie, TN en route to Arizona. They stopped on I-40 at mile marker 96 for a bathroom break. According to his wife, she drove on but turned around at the next exit and came back to pick him up. He was nowhere to be found.

Moore had diminished mental and physical capacity at the time of his disappearance due to poor health and was receiving care for a seizure disorder.
