Complainant, called to report his mother, Lana M. Laws, missing. Complainant stated he spoke to her on the phone while she was outside the mission. Complainant said he heard from another person that his mother is with another male in Knoxville and may be being held against her will. Complainant said he has not seen his mother in 14 years until she came down here from Massachusetts. Victim last signed into the mission was 11/04/2021.
