Jose Antonio Avila "Jose Avila-Zamudio, Arturo Flores"

Jose Avila had been staying with his cousin and reportedly left to go to the store, but he never returned. He was driving a 2007 dark green Jeep Wrangler. He has not been seen or heard from since. He is not an American citizen. He was arrested (under the name Jose Avila-Zamudio) for drug possession in Illinois back in October of 2017. He had supposedly told a girl he was dating that he was planning to move out of the state. She also knew him by another name: Auturo Flores.
