Circumstances
The victim, Jose Alejandro Reyes (HM, 04/19/2001), is new to the area and has not been in Knoxville long. Victim works construction and interpreter did not know the name of the company, but it is residential construction in the Knoxville area. She stated the victim is 5'2" and weighs 135 lbs. He was seen wearing black pants, white t-shirt, white shoes and a Hurley ball cap. He was driving a 2010 gray Honda Accord, unknown tag. He left the apartment at around 20:00-21:00 on 11/06/2022 and has not returned since then.
