When a defendant faces multiple charges of the same severity in the same court session, the court only issues one arrest warrant rather than separate warrants for each charge. The arrest warrant must list how many cases are involved. When bail is set, it covers all the charges at once. If the county pays court costs, they pay once; if the defendant pays, the court can charge full costs as if the cases were separate.
