The offense is appearing in public while under the influence of drugs, controlled substance analogues, or other intoxicating substances to a degree that endangers the offender, endangers others or property, or unreasonably annoys people nearby. This is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine up to $50.

It is illegal to be nude or partially nude in a public place (defined as any place where the public is present or likely to be, including streets, parks, businesses, beaches, and public restrooms). "Nudity" includes showing genitals with less than fully opaque covering, showing female breasts with uncovered areolas, or showing erect male genitals through clothing. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 11 months and 29 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. Private residences are not considered public places. Certain aggravating circumstances can increase the penalty to a Class E felony (1-6 years in prison).
