It is illegal to secretly spy on or watch someone when they have a reasonable expectation of privacy (like in a bathroom or bedroom) without permission if it would embarrass an ordinary person and was done for sexual arousal. This offense can be enhanced to a felony if you flee in a vehicle in dangerous circumstances or if the attempted arrest was lawful.
