It is illegal to intentionally expose your genitals, buttocks, or to engage in sexual acts in public or on someone else's property where you reasonably expect others will see it and be offended, or where you do it for sexual gratification. It is also illegal to invite a child into your home and expose yourself or masturbate in front of them, or to masturbate in your own home intending a child to be present. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 11 months and 29 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. Certain aggravated circumstances can increase the penalty to a Class E felony (1-6 years in prison).

It is illegal to harm or threaten to harm a witness, judge, prosecutor, law enforcement officer, juror, court clerk, or their family members because of something they did in their official role. Family members include spouses, parents, grandparents, stepparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and adopted children. A conviction is a Class E felony punishable by 1-6 years in jail and up to $3,000 in fines.

Penalty: Class E felony; 1-6 years; fine up to $3,000

The offense is creating a public disturbance by fighting, violent or threatening behavior, refusing to leave a dangerous area when ordered by authorities, or creating a hazardous or offensive condition; also included is making unreasonable noise that prevents others from their lawful activities, all done with intent to cause public annoyance or alarm. This is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine up to $50.

Penalty: Class C misdemeanor; 30 days; fine up to $50

The offense is appearing in public while under the influence of drugs, controlled substance analogues, or other intoxicating substances to a degree that endangers the offender, endangers others or property, or unreasonably annoys people nearby. This is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine up to $50.

Penalty: Class C misdemeanor; 30 days; fine up to $50

Assault against a first responder or nurse (law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical worker, or hospital nurse) while they're performing their official duties is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 11 months and 29 days in jail and/or a fine up to $2,500, enhanced to a Class C felony (3-15 years in prison) under certain circumstances such as causing serious bodily injury or using a weapon.
