It is illegal to pretend to be someone else, fake being a government employee, pretend to be a law enforcement officer, or falsely claim to have a disability—all with intent to defraud or injure another person. It is also illegal to falsely claim to be a military member or veteran by wearing unearned medals or rank. Base violation is a Class B misdemeanor (up to 6 months jail, $500 fine), but can be enhanced to Class A misdemeanor for certain types of impersonation, such as pretending to be a law enforcement officer while acting like one.

Penalty: Class B misdemeanor; 6 months; fine up to $500

The offense is appearing in public while under the influence of drugs, controlled substance analogues, or other intoxicating substances to a degree that endangers the offender, endangers others or property, or unreasonably annoys people nearby. This is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine up to $50.

Penalty: Class C misdemeanor; 30 days; fine up to $50

Persuading a minor to purchase alcohol, giving or purchasing alcohol for a minor, or allowing underage consumption of alcohol on premises you own or control is illegal. Violations are Class A misdemeanors punishable by up to 11 months 29 days in jail and/or up to $2,500 in fines. (A minor is anyone under 21 for alcohol purposes.)
